Hi, I'm Zac Ruiz. I partner with top-producing teams and agents to launch their mortgage businesses and build RESPA-compliant title companies. Across both, the idea is simple: more agents should have a path to ownership in the services surrounding the transaction.

The challenge is that most agents at that scale do not have the capacity to take on another operational burden. My work as a software developer and systems architect bridges that gap, turning ownership into something that can scale without demanding more of their time.
